Electric Bus Bar for New Energy & EVs Connections

Flexible busbars are made from copper foil with thicknesses ranging from 0.1 to 1mm. They are produced through processes: welding, stamping, plating, forming, and insulation. Plating options include tin and nickel, while insulation can be PVC dipping or heat shrink tubing. Known for their excellent conductivity, flexibility, ease of installation, and space-saving design, flexible busbars are widely used in applications like EV battery packs, power distribution, UPS, and charging stations. Sizes and models can be customized to meet clients requirements.

Flexible busbars are composed of layers of copper foil, with varying widths and numbers of layers. The copper foil thickness ranges from 0.1mm to 1mm. Due to their excellent conductivity, flexibility, ease of installation, and space-saving design, flexible busbars are widely used in applications such as electric vehicle battery packs, new energy power distribution systems, UPS, and charging stations.

Bending Testing: Bend 10000 times in 15 radian angle without breakage or fracture.
