Prius battery busbars are key components in hybrid (HEVs) and electric vehicles (EVs). These flat copper bars efficiently transfer current, balance voltage and current between battery modules, and prevent overcharging or overdischarging, extending battery life.
Product Description
RHI specializes in custom-designed hybrid battery busbars and fabricated copper busbars. These CCS busbars are widely used on battery bank connection like 18650. Battery busbars are made of C110 copper with nickel plated. The surface finishing also can be treated according to customer's request. Models and sizes can be customized.
